2022 Chardonnay - Pedregal de Paicines Vineyard

The Pedregal de Paicines Chardonnay is grown in the Paicines AVA, located on the western edge of the Diablo Mountain Range near Hollister, and is 100% stainless steel fermented in order to highlight the essence of the Chardonnay grape. Our 2022 "Unoaked" Chardonnay offers aromas of citrus, peach, honey, flower petals, and apricot; while the palate experiences notes of citrus, peach, honey, and apricot, with subtle minerality and a long finish. It's a perfect pairing for lighter dishes featuring fish or poultry.
