The 2016 Cache is an approachable blend. It is composed of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33.3% Cabernet Franc, and 16.7% Merlot.This Puma Road fan favorite entices with aromas of dark chocolate, spice, and black cherry. On the palate, it offers a rich mouth feel, with flavors of dark chocolate and black cherry, with nice acidity. The Predator is a blend of the five Bordeaux varietals, Cabernet Sauvignon (70%), Cabernet Franc (16.7%), Merlot (8.3%), Petit Verdot (3%), and Malbec (2%). The result is an exceptionally smooth, yet nuanced Bordeaux-style wine. Our 2016 The Predator displays notes of spice, leather, and dark fruit. The palate has a rich, velvety feel, with layered flavors of dark fruit, dark chocolate, and spice, with toasted oak and vanilla on its smooth, lasting finish.
