Our 2022 Sauvignon Blanc from Silvio's Vineyard -- right on the winery & tasting room property -- is fresh and complex. The nose offers verdant, rich notes of green apple, citrus, dried apricot, and minerality; on the palate, savor flavors of peach, apricot, citrus, minerality, bright acidity, with a green apple finish. The Pedregal de Paicines Chardonnay is grown in the Paicines AVA, located on the western edge of the Diablo Mountain Range near Hollister, and is 100% stainless steel fermented in order to highlight the essence of the Chardonnay grape. Our 2021 "Unoaked" Chardonnay offers aromas of citrus, peach, honey, and flower petals; while the palate experiences notes of citrus, peach, and honey, with subtle minerality and a long finish. It's a perfect pairing for lighter dishes featuring fish or poultry.

Our single vineyard Chardonnay comes from Vigna Monte Nero, in the heart of the Santa Lucia Highlands.The mild weather and ocean influence creates the moderate environment in which the chardonnay varietal thrives. The fruit for this wine is hand harvested and aged for 18 months in 40% new French oak and 60% neutral oak. The nose offers aromas of caramel, tropical fruit, and peach. On the palate, enjoy flavors of citrus, tropical fruit, and vanilla, with a rich, velvety feel.
