2022 Bordeaux Rosé - Pedregal de Paicines Vineyard

Our 2022 Bordeaux-style dry Rosé is a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, 3% Malbec, and 2% Petit Verdot. It is a gorgeous, deep ruby pink, and invites with aromas of strawberry, red currant, and orange peel. The palate delights with juicy flavors of strawberry, cherry, and tangerine -- bright acidity throughout, a rich mouthfeel and long finish, with a touch of orange peel just at the end. This is a food-loving wine. Enjoy it with all sorts of cheeses, artisan charcuterie, toasted baguette with mushroom ragu, flatbreads, roasted beet salad.... The posibilities are endless.
