Our 2021 Sauvignon Blanc from Silvio's Vineyard -- right on the winery & tasting room property -- is herbacious and complex. The nose offers verdant notes of serrano pepper, citrus, spice, and minerality; on the palate, savor flavors of peach, citrus, minerality, bright acidity, with a green apple finish. We love this unique, special wine from the Santa Lucia Highlands, and we hope you do, too.
