2018 The Predator - Pedregal de Paicines Vineyard

The Predator is a blend of the five Bordeaux varietals, Cabernet Sauvignon (62.5%), Merlot (20%), Cabernet Franc (12.5%), Malbec (2.5%), and Petit Verdot (2.5%). The result is an exceptionally smooth, yet nuanced Bordeaux-style wine. Our 2018 The Predator displays notes of leather, spice, black cherry, and dark boysenberry. The palate offers a rich, velvety feel, with layered flavors of juicy black cherry, dark berry, spice, and warm tobacco, with a long finish. This wine can be put up for as long as you'd like, or enjoyed now. Decanting is recommended.
