The 2021 Apex Pinot Noir is an exquisite, limited-production, single-vineyard wine produced from our prized Apex Vineyard, in the heart of the Santa Lucia Highlands. This supple, elegant Pinot Noir pairs amazingly well with roasted pork loin, grilled or roasted lamb, and duck. It displays enticing aromas of spices, raspberry, flower petals, and red currant. The palate delights in a rich and velvety feel, with abundant red raspberry, bright acidity, minerality, and gorgeous flower petals on the finish.
