2017 The Predator - Pedregal de Paicines Vineyard

The Predator is a blend of the five Bordeaux varietals, Cabernet Sauvignon (66.5%), Merlot (16.5%), Cabernet Franc (12.5%), Malbec (2.5%), and Petit Verdot (2%). The result is an exceptionally smooth, yet nuanced Bordeaux-style wine. Our 2017 The Predator displays notes of black cherry, dark boysenberry, spice, leather. The palate offers a rich, velvety feel, with layered flavors of juicy dark cherry, spice, warm tobacco, and a long berry finish. This wine can be put up for as long as you'd like, or enjoyed now. Decanting is recommended.  Retail price $45
