It is composed of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot, and 17% Cabernet Franc.This Puma Road customer favorite entices with aromas of dark fruit, dark chocolate, coffee and spice. On the palate, it offers a rich mouth feel, with flavors of cedar, vanilla, and dark red fruit, with nice acidity. This wine pairs extraordinarily well with char-grilled meats, like a juicy ribeye steak, or a ground chuck burger. It will also be beautiful with duck, lamb, or brisket.

2013 Predator Reserve - Pedregal de Paicines Vineyard

The Predator Reserve, like The Predator, is a blend of the five Bordeaux varietals, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec, and Merlot. For The Predator Reserve, we've selected our very favorite barrels of each varietal, blended them, and kept them in barrel for nearly five years. The result is an exceptionally smooth yet nuanced Bordeaux-style wine. The 2013 Predator Reserve displays notes of black fruit--plum and dark cherry, leather, and tobacco. The palate has a rich feel, with layered flavors of dark fruit, vanilla, and toasted oak, and offers a smooth, lasting finish. This wine can be put up for as long as you'd like, or enjoyed now. Decanting is recommended.

2013 Tannat - Pedregal de Paicines Vineyard

Only around 300 acres of Tannat are grown in California. Traditionally, Tannat is used as a blending grape, to add body and deep color to other varietals. Puma Road Tannat stands on its own. Our 2013 Tannat has a nose of deep, dark fruit; warm, rich spice; and earthy leather. On the palate, experience dark cherry and plum, with notes of leather, oak and spice, and a smooth finish with just the right amount of tannin.

2014 Gewürztraminer - Monterey County - Estate

The 2014 Gewürztraminer was grown in a year of temperature and weather swings that resulted in low yields of high quality grapes. This hand harvested fruit was fermented in stainless steel barrels. The resulting wine greets the nose with bright, floral lychee and warm honey, while delighting the mouth with tropical tastes of pineapple, passion fruit, and honey.
