Our single vineyard chardonnay is grown in the Vigna Monte Nero in the heart of the Santa Lucia Highlands. The region is internationally recognized for producing exquisite chardonnays. The mild weather, ocean breezes, and consistent fog creates the moderate environment in which this varietal thrives. The hand harvested fruit is aged for 10 months in 40% new French oak and 60% neutral oak. The nose delivers peach, honey, vanilla, butter, and oak, while the palate experiences citrus, caramel and nice acidity.

2013 Pinot Gris - Silvio's Vineyard - Santa Lucia Highlands - Estate

The Pinot Gris is grown on the original homestead the Franscioni family settled in the late 1800s. It is named in honor of owner Ray Franscinoi's grandfather. This vineyard generally experiences crisp mornings, moderately warm, breezy days and cool evenings. The Pinot Gris sets to ferment in half neutral French oak barrels and half stainless steel barrels. The resulting masterpiece pleases the nose with aromas of butter and raisin. In the mouth, flavors of citrus, green apple, and apricot consume the senses.

2013 Riesling - Santa Lucia Highlands - Estate

The 2013 Riesling is a prized possession produced from grapes of the Santa Lucia Highlands. Our esteemed winemakers extracted residual sugars to create a lovely, dry Riesling. This wine pairs beautifully with lighter meals such as fish, salads, and pork. While enjoying this wine, the nose experiences hints of honey mixed with citrus blossom. The taste buds savor over flavors of pineapple, apricot, and lemon.

2014 Chardonnay - Pedregal de Paicines Vineyard - Estate

The Pedregal Chardonnay is grown in the Paicines AVA located on the western edge of the Diablo Mountain Range near Hollister. In 2014, the Pedregal de Paicines Vineyard experienced temperature and weather swings with a consistently warm fall. The environmental fluctuations resulted in intensely flavored berries for our "unoaked" Chardonnay. Aromas of peach and honey meet the nose, while the palate experiences notes of rich tropical fruits with balanced acidity.

2014 Gewürztraminer - Monterey County - Estate

The 2014 Gewürztraminer was grown in a year of temperature and weather swings that resulted in low yields of high quality grapes. This hand harvested fruit was settled in half neutral French oak barrels and half stainless steel barrels. The final product reflects an exquisite wine. It engulfs the nose with fresh, green apple and slight smokiness while delighting the mouth with green apple, pear, and stone fruit.

2015 Rosé - Pedregal Vineyard - Paicines Estate

Many rosés are created using the Pinot Noir grape. Our Rosé however consists of the same blend as our award winning wine, The Predator. Rosé and The Predator alike are made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Merlot. The aromas of our dry Rosé are of raspberry, strawberry, and red currant. The mouth begins with flavors of raspberry, with a rich feel and bright acidity and a balanced minerality on the finish.
