To craft our 2014 Monterey County Riesling, our winemakers extracted residual sugars to produce a dry wine with nice acidity. This wine pairs beautifully with lighter meals such as fish, salads, and pork, or with a cheese assortment. While enjoying this wine, the nose experiences citrus, licorice, honey, and anise flower. The palate will begin savoring flavors of citrus and peach, filled out by a mineral finish, and licorice throughout.
