The 2017 Apex Pinot Noir is an exquisite, limited-production, single-vineyard wine produced from our prized Apex Vineyard, in the heart of the Santa Lucia Highlands. This supple, elegant Pinot Noir pairs amazingly well with roasted pork loin, grilled or roasted lamb, and duck. It displays enticing aromas of spices, raspberries, and vanilla. The palate delights in a rich and velvety feel, and notes of vanilla, dark cherry, and raspberry, with bright acidity and floral notes throughout.
