The 2016 Apex Pinot Noir is an exquisite, limited-production, single-vineyard wine produced from our prized Apex Vineyard, in the heart of the Santa Lucia Highlands. This supple, elegant Pinot Noir pairs amazingly well with roasted pork loin, grilled or roasted lamb, and duck. It displays enticing aromas of spices, raspberries, and flowers. The palate delights with luscious cherry, bright acidity, floral notes throughout, and a raspberry finish.
