Only around 300 acres of Tannat are grown in California. Traditionally, Tannat is used as a blending grape, to add body and deep color to other varietals. Puma Road Tannat stands on its own. Our 2016 Tannat has a nose of deep, dark fruit; warm, rich spice; and leather. On the palate, experience a rich feel, with flavors of caramel, dark fruit and spice - think clove - and leather; and a velvety smooth finish, with just the right amount of tannin.

Our single vineyard Chardonnay comes from Vigna Monte Nero, in the heart of the Santa Lucia Highlands.The mild weather and ocean influence creates the moderate environment in which the chardonnay varietal thrives. The fruit for this wine is hand harvested and aged for 10 months in 40% new French oak and 60% neutral oak. The nose offers aromas of caramel, peach, and citrus. On the palate, enjoy flavors of citrus, peach, popcorn and caramel, with a rich, velvety feel.

The Pedregal de Paicines Chardonnay is grown in the Paicines AVA, located on the western edge of the Diablo Mountain Range near Hollister, and is 100% stainless steel fermented in order to highlight the essence of the Chardonnay grape. Our 2020 "Unoaked" Chardonnay offers aromas of citrus, grapefruit, apricot, and flower petals; while the palate experiences notes of citrus, peach, honey, and apricot, with subtle minerality and a long finish. It's a perfect pairing for lighter dishes featuring fish or poultry.

Our 2021 Bordeaux-style dry Rosé is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, 3% Malbec, and 2% Petit Verdot. It is a gorgeous, deep ruby pink, and invites with aromas of strawberry, cherry, and orange peel. The palate delights with juicy flavors of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry -- bright acidity throughout, a rich mouthfeel and long finish, with a touch of orange peel just at the end. This is a food-loving wine. Enjoy it with all sorts of cheeses, artisan charcuterie, toasted baguette with mushroom ragu, flatbreads, roasted beet salad.... The posibilities are endless.

Our 2022 Sauvignon Blanc from our Pedregal de Paicines Vineyard is bright and delightful. This wine invites with aromas of apricot, peach, citrus, and nectarine; on the palate, it offers a rich feel with flavors of peach and citrus, and bright acidity throughout, and juicy nectarine on the finish. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Our third vintage of dry Rosé of Grenache, the 2021 is a delicate peachy pink, and invites with aromas of apricot, citrus, flowers, and honey. The palate delights with flavors of citrus, raspberry, and apricot, with bright acidity. Serve chilled.
